PERIODIC MAINTENANCE SERVICE AND ASSISTANCE ON SITE
We offer periodic maintenance contracts according to the technical needs of the system installed in order to keep high performances and productivity of systems.
In case of failures and stops on system, Trascar help desk is always available supplying the necessary phone assistance in real time to solve any problem. A technical skilled team is in charge of the assistance on site to repair, replace urgent spare parts and reduce all inconvenience to customer.
Direct relationship with Customer, reliability and experience in that field make this service successful.

REMOTE ASSISTANCE SERVICE
The remote assistance service is fully planned and managed by Trascar electrical and software division. For a technical software PC/PLC support we can access by VPN net or phone network to the PC/PLC installed on customer’s system, then cancelling the time wasted by operators to move for any intervention and solving the problem in a very few time: a software technician can intervene by net, where possible, directly on customer’s server and quickly solve the reason of a problem.

OPERATOR’S TRAINING
Trascar also offers as a partner for training on site. The company supplies a training service to operators for the system use, even taking a special care of following the safety rules.

REVAMPING
Machines have their  life cycles more or less long. After several years of use a machine needs to be replaced by a new one of more performance and setting at zero the maintenance costs. Trascar also offers and make available to customer skilled technicians to replace such worn-out machines and without performance.
