Speed, product care and precision are the main advantages that Trascar automation offers in the reel handling sector<\/strong>. The materials treated so far include non-woven fabric, paper (coupled, laminated, adhesive, etc.), plastic film, and aluminium<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

No machine adjustments or human intervention are required from the unloading of the reel from the cutter or winder to the finished, packaged and labelled product. The type of product, weight, and diameter are the variables to consider for the automation of the unloading phase.<\/p>\n

Automated control for better management<\/h2>\n

Anthropomorphic robots<\/strong>, cartesian robots<\/strong>, and automated shuttles<\/strong>, managed by the line supervisor, drastically reduce the presence of humans in all machine operation stages. The internal handling of the package also requires particular care to avoid damaging the outer coils, the corners, and to preserve its cleanliness.<\/p>\n

\u00a0This operation is carried out using conveyors of various types<\/strong>, which, depending on the characteristics of the product being moved, protect the product to be shipped.<\/p>\n

The reel is labelled in full compliance with the requirements of care and protection of the value of the treated product; the operation can be performed simultaneously both on the outside and inside of the core to ensure traceability of the product in shipment<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The end user\u2019s needs greatly differentiate the type of packaging required for the reel in preparation and the type of final palletisation. There are reels that are palletised directly without packaging and others that undergo double packaging to avoid contamination in the final use<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

In the lines specifically developed for handling non-woven fabric reels, Trascar offers robotic preparation of the package, placement of the top and side protective cardboard, subsequent packaging, single or double, pallet insertion, and final simple or triple labelling<\/strong>. Thanks to the experience gained in other sectors of integrated logistics, Trascar also offers the possibility of automated storage of the finished product in the warehouse for the reel sector.<\/strong><\/p>\n
