CTL-Cooperativa Trasporto Latte trusted to Trascar Utit for the new automatic warehouse in refrigerated ambient.<\/strong><\/p>\n The system realized at Bologna\u2019s factory is able to\u00a0handle at the same time 120 pallet\/hour<\/strong>, and it\u2019s equipped with fire-fighting system. With the choice of the Automation\u00a0the whole storage capacity is increased of 30%<\/strong>, furthermore the management of warehouse software is assured.<\/em><\/p>\n The Cooperativa Trasporto Latte \u2013 one of the principal national player of logistics in the food industry \u2013\u00a0\u00a0chose Trascar Utit for the realization of an automatic warehouse at high technological contents<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0in its Bologna\u2019s factory. Technological innovation, rationalisation of spaces and of management expenses, efficacy of performances and safety for workers. Over these advantages,\u00a0the system realized by Trascar Utit allows to Cooperativa Trasporto Latte the increase of 30% of the whole storage capacity of the warehouse<\/strong>, passing from 4.500 to 6.000 places\/pallet overall. Otherwise it assures the reduction of interference between \u00a0picking\u2019s and truck\u2019s workers, thanks to reduction of the wares traffic circulating within the refrigerated cells. A\u00a0further strenght of the s<\/strong>ystem<\/strong>\u00a0is represented by the complete management of the software<\/strong>, both for what is related to the automatic warehouse\u2019s functions both as applications ad hoc realized by Trascar Utit to assure the integration with management programs already used by the Customer. In the end, for what is related to the safety,\u00a0the set-up foresees also the realization of an integrated fire-fighting system<\/strong>, composed by an accumulation tank of over 500 cubic meters, \u00a0by the pumping unit, by the valves unit and by the all equipment of\u00a0 shelving side and related sprinkler, together with the integration of the whole refrigeration system of the manufacture.<\/p>\n
