Reporting channel
In accordance with Italian Legislative Decree 24/2023, Trascar S.r.l. provides an internal channel for reporting breaches of national or European Union law that harm the public interest or the integrity of the company, of which the reporting person became aware in the work context.
Reports are submitted and managed through the Wallbreakers digital platform, which guarantees the confidentiality of the reporting person's identity, of the persons involved and of the content of the report, and also allows anonymous reports.

Personal data processing
Personal data collected through a report are processed exclusively to receive, analyse and manage the report, in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Legislative Decree 24/2023, and are retained for no longer than five years from the notification of the final outcome of the procedure.
