Palettizing and Depalettizing

The automatic palletizing systems made by Trascar are always customized to the Customer's needs, therefore adaptable to all product sectors and able to respond effectively to any technical variable (shape of packages, final weight, work environment, ...). Based on the process data, Trascar is able to fully assess the Customer's need by proposing the most suitable automatic palletizers, through Cartesian and anthropomorphic robots with 5 or 6 controlled axes. The Trascar proposal is completed with the EasyPallet software which allows the Customer to create new palettising schemes based on their specifications directly and in a simple and intuitive way, also operating off-line. Trascar automatic palletizing systems are also able to manage with extreme delicacy different types of product using different gripping devices according to the product to be handled. During the design phase, our technicians carry out an advanced study of the characteristics necessary for each plant, defining in detail the palletizing islands and ensuring their scalability to have systems that are always updated and efficient (for example, based on robot cycles). The Trascar portfolio also includes the best solutions for depalettizing, allowing Customers to be able to unload goods ad parts from pallets, sort and transport them to the correct destination, using the most suitable technologies for correct process management.
